Violet Geok Lan Ong 
Violet was born in 1942. Violet's father is Teddy Cheng Yeok Ong and her mother is Daisy Chiew Neo Chia. Her maternal grandparents were Keng Tye Chia and Tuan Neo Lim. She had a brother and three sisters, named Kenneth, Rosalind, Flora (Dr) and Dr Heather. She was the oldest of the five children. She died at the age of 64 in 2006.
