Philip Tan

Philip's father is Eng Ban Tan and his mother is Lucy Bin Neo Chia.  His maternal grandfather was Keng Chin Chia and his maternal grandmother is Kim Neo Lim. He has a brother and a sister, named Frankie and Doreen.

‌Philip and Catherine are married.  They have three sons and a daughter, named Raymond, Reyneld, Randall and Serene.
