Gratiana Bin Neo Tan

Gratiana was born in 1937.  Gratiana's father is Jin Hoe Tan and her mother was Elsie Sek Neo Chia.  Her maternal grandparents were Keng Tye Chia and Tuan Neo Lim. She has a brother and a sister, named Roy and Eleanor.  She is the youngest of the three children.

‌Gratiana and Dr Choo Hoo are married.  They have two daughters named Yean Ann and Andrea.
