Rubin Tan

Rubin's father is Kok Ann Tan and his mother is Mabel Chia.  His maternal grandparents are Keng Hoe Chia and Hoe Neo Yeo. He has three brothers and a sister, named Bennie, Ronnie, Eugene and Fanny.

‌Rubin and Li San are married.  They have a son and three daughters, named Leonard, Pam, Margie and Lydia.
